Domain
Your domain name is free for a one year term starting on the date the domain name is reserved for you. We will email you before the one year expiration date to renew your domain name. You will then be billed at one of the following rates of your choice: $35 for one year, $30 per year for a 3 year term, or $25 per year for a 5 year.

Hosting
Your first 6 months of hosting are free. After a period of 6 months, you will be billed once every 6 months at a rate of $150/six month period.

Freeware Disclaimer
WordPress, Google Check-out, PayPal and Gallery2 are freeware software. The fee associated with these add-ons is determined by the time BigforkWEB spends setting up, installing, and customizing these applications for the clients ease of use. Due to the nature of the public and collaborative distribution of freeware software, there is no Company of Distribution responsible for vulnerabilities, patches, support plans or upgrades. If at any time following installation and implementation of this software BWD is made aware of vulnerabilities, patches or upgrades that would affect or improve performance or security of the software or its applications, BWD will contact our clients and provide services to apply patches or upgrades as chosen by Client at fair and reasonable cost.

Payment Policy
The 50% deposit is non-refundable.  Full payment must be received in order for the website to go live.
